North Road Technologies is an innovative company that is dedicated to the design, manufacture, installation, and service of Heat Pump technology products that meet the needs of our customers and our environment. We have offices in Milford, Connecticut and our production facility is in Brewer, Maine, just across the river from Bangor, central Maine’s economic and cultural center.
Early in 2010, North Road assumed the assets and the great people of Nyle Corporation and as a result established itself as a North American leader in Heat Pump solutions with products for the Industrial, Commercial and Residential markets.
Especially in the Lumber industry North Road/Nyle has been the undisputed leader for the past 33 years. Nyle’s first lumber drying kiln was installed in 1978. Subsequently Nyle invented and patented Nyle XDH, a revolutionary process that surpassed the operating temperature and efficiency of all other dehumidification kilns on the market at that time.
Nyle and now North Road continue to push the boundaries of heat pump applications with a focus on developing new solutions for the following markets: Lumber Kiln Drying; Drying and Dehumidification in the food and other industries; Water Heating; and Energy Recovery Systems.
North Road Technologies understands that our world is faced with some disturbing energy related issues including global climate change and the ever increasing costs of fossil fuels.
